About Belvedere
Built in the early 1900s and run as a farm until shortly after the fifties, the villa retains much of its traditional, rustic character with features like wooden beams and old stone fireplaces.
The house can host up to 24 people, depending on your needs:
Main house (for up to 13 people)

The house is alway rented exclusively to one group wether you are one or 24.

Main House
On the first floor, the central part of the house consists of the following sleeping and bathing quarters:

LIVING ACCOMMODATION ON THE LOWER LEVEL
Sitting Room / Music Room
A large and charming old stone fireplace is the main feature of our comfortable family room. In winter, guests will be able to use wood from the grounds.
There are sofas and armchairs, a piano, violin, guitar and a modern Bang&Olufsen sound system with Wi-Fi access for music appreciation.
Dining Room
The inside dining area is a wooden beamed room with a corner fireplace framed with a sofa, armchair and a much loved tiny stool. The dining room also overlooks the farmhouse kitchen so that while cooking, our guests can enjoy everyone’s company.
There is a large dining table that seats 22. All the tableware, cutlery, candelabras and linens to dress the table are easily accessible in the two armoires in the room.
Farmhouse Kitchen
Our countryside kitchen is a logically arranged and fully equipped room with kitchenware easy to find in all the drawers and old wooden cupboards.
A wood-fired pizza oven is the main feature of the room and allows you to make incredible real Italian pizzas.
A fridge/freezer, electric oven, cooker with 5 gas hobs, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee machine, kettle, orange squeezer together with many other useful appliances make our kitchen a foodie's temple.
Two shelves hold a selection of red/white wine, prosecco and olive oil form the farm that our guests can buy during their stay.
The kitchen is ideally positioned in the direction of the swimming pool overlooking a covered veranda.
The Chef’s Room
Next to the farmhouse kitchen there is another fully equipped room, with a second fridge, gas hobs and oven, fast-speed dishwasher and an ice machine which is used by cooks or chefs that guests might require for special meals and parties.
TV Room
To the right of the entrance, you can enjoy an informal sitting room with a large flat screen TV (provided with full SKY subscription), free Internet access, a large comfortable sofa and giant floor cushions for relaxed lounging. Plenty of well-thumbed books and a large selection of DVDs are available for all our guests.
La Suite
This spacious apartment comprises a master bedroom, living area and ensuite bathroom, and is convenient for disabled and elderly people due to its ground floor location.
Fresh and cool in summer, it has a cosy living room with a fireplace for cooler months, and is complemented with a wooden storage cupboard.
A large en-suite bathroom is fitted with disabled facilities and a walk-in shower.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space for a wheelchair to comfortably move around it.

The grounds and terraces of Belvedere Farmhouse have been designed to maximise the warm Tuscan sunshine and give plenty of space for the entire family to relax, dine, swim and play in privacy, nestled in our own 37 acres of peaceful countryside. Outdoor facilities include:
Swimming Pool
Stunning 11 x 4.5 metre pool, complete with comfortable sunbeds and deckchairs, as well as poolside dining area. The pool area is fenced and to access there is a child proof gate. Children must be supervised at all times.
Two Panoramic Sun Terraces
Including terrace seating where you can sip a glass of wine while breathing in the views.
Bocce Field & Children's Play Area
Next to the 6 x 2.5 m bocce field is a sandpit and grassy area for children's play.

House linen and towels
The rooms will be prepared with fresh cotton and silk bed linen and a set of fluffy white body and hand towels for each guest.
Poolside
By the pool guests will enjoy deckchairs and sunbeds dressed with monogrammed towels and covers.
Music
Our old piano in the music room is one of the instruments guests can find at Belvedere, together with a classic guitar and a violin. Next to the piano a B&O wireless speaker can be used for playing your favourite music during your stay.
Pantry
Guests will find glass bottled still and sparkling water free of charge, plus dishwasher and washing machine liquid, along with all the necessary ironing equipment.
Fans in every bedroom
All rooms on the first floor have freestanding fans for particularly hot days.
For babies & young children
Upon request, the house can be equipped with up to five cots and three high chairs and child proof stair gates. There is also a small wooden picnic table for young children to use during outdoor dining. Baby sitting service available, please enquire.
